The biggest difference is that this version has a 3" higher rise and an XL sewn-in absorbent pad that stretches almost the full size of the waterproof panel.

The combination of more absorbency and wicking fabric allows this version to handle severe leaks and keep the wearer dry for longer.

The pattern comes with written instructions, which are aimed at beginners with a regular sewing machine. You can now make your own incontinence products in your exact size using the fabrics and materials you desire, instead of being stuck with the limited options available.
